Hello my name is Jake Oie!

I grew up in Glencoe and went to Glencoe-Silver Lake High School. After high school, I attended St. John’s University and received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Elementary Education.

I am very excited to be working at Lester Prairie. I am eager to work with the wonderful students, staff, and the entire community.

When I have free time, I like to play basketball, frisbee, run, hunt, fish, read, and watch movies. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

I am looking forward to meeting all of you and I am excited for an amazing year! 🙂

Hello 4th Grade Families!

I grew up in Waconia and went to Waconia High School. After high school, I attended the College of Saint Benedict and received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Teaching English as Second Language. I am currently in my masters program at Concordia University, St. Paul. 

I enjoy spending my free time traveling, being outside, exploring new places, teaching dance, reading, and spending time with friends and family!

I am so excited to be a fourth grade teacher this year! I am looking forward to a FANTASTIC school year!
