Meet Ms. Gosh

Hello Parents and students of my Physical and Health Education classes

My name is Katelyn Gosh, and I will be your child's teacher this year at Lester Prairie.

A little about myself, I am a first year teacher so please be patient with me as I work though my first year teaching. I was born and raised in the north metro and did my undergraduate at Anoka Ramsey Community College and Bemidji State University. While I was up at Bemidji State, I enjoyed a variety of outdoor activities, like going to hockey games and enjoying the great outdoors. When I am at home, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. We have one family dog, a 9 year old Lab mix, and her name is Lexi.

One of my favorite pastimes is drag racing. I grew up around the sport and spent most of my childhood dreaming of being a racecar driver and racing my dad’s car. Today, I get to help work on his car and go to most of his races, helping with car set up and making sure he has everything he needs before he makes a run. Along the way we were able to acquire a second car. So, my dad and I share driving duties with the second car, and I am not allowed to drive his car, yet.

I look forward to our time together and the chance to work with both you and your student(s). Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions and I will be more than happy to answer them or if I don’t know, find the answer to them.
