I’m Ms. Willems and I’m thrilled to be teaching 1st grade for in Lester Prairie! We have many amazing things planned for the upcoming year. I’m looking forward to working with your family to best support your child and help them reach their full potential.

A little about me:
This will be my fourth year at Lester Prairie Schools. I coach JH softball in the spring and C-Squad Volleyball in the fall.
I recently moved to Hutchinson and am engaged to be married in the summer of 2022. I’m a proud graduate of MSU Mankato (GO MAVS) and recently graduated from MSU Moorhead with a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction.
I will be getting married to Mr. Frank (Speech Therapist at Lester Prairie) in July of 2022.

Fun fact: I student taught in an English Immersion 6th grade classroom in San Jose, Costa Rica! 
Outside of the school, I work as a nanny for amazing family in Chaska with 3 darling girls. We enjoy using our passes at Valleyfair, making trips to various camps and activities, and many play dates with friends/neighbors. 
The rest of my free time is spent on the lake with family and friends!
