All About Mrs. Dhoore!
My name is Whitney Dhoore and I live here in Lester Prairie with my husband, Paul, our 2 children, Liam (11) and Charlotte (2), and our dog, Moose. I have taught Kindergarten and 1st grade here at Lester Prairie, I have also taught at another school for 3 years in a K1 combination class and 2nd grade. I graduated college with an Early Childhood Education degree at Minnesota State University Moorhead and a studied a semester at the University of Hawaii Hilo. I absolutely love teaching 1st grade here at Lester Prairie! The culture we have here is a great place with my colleagues, students, and families. When I am not teaching, I am coaching dance in Hutchinson for the Just For Kix dance program. I also love spending time with my family and friends. I love to go for walks, read, dance, movie nights, go on trips, spend time outside, and so much more! Great communication is important for your child to be successful!
