Welcome to Bulldog Kindergarten 2023-2024
Hello,I am excited to have your child in my class. I am very excited to meet everyone and join this community in a new way. A little about myself. I am Mrs. Cara Cline, your Kindergarten teacher this year! I live with my husband Alex, and two children, Avery (7) and Charli (5) in Lester Prairie. They keep me busy when I am not at school. I also love going to the lake, reading and I discovered a new found love for gardening this summer. This will be my 16th year in my teaching journey and is my first year teaching at Lester Prairie Schools. Before that I spent many years teaching in Hutchinson, and North Dakota. I have taught preschool, kindergarten, and special education. I received my bachelors degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead. I was blessed with the opportunity to practice my teaching skills in Australia for 4 months before starting my professional journey back here in the United States. It was a wonderful experience. In my experience, when parents and teachers communicate regularly, the child often has a happier, more successful school year. The more pertinent information I know about your child, the better we can effectively meet his/her needs in the classroom. It is my hope that this will be the start for a great deal of dialogue and communication between us. I am looking forward to a wonderful year of learning and growing together!
