Classes: Computer I, Computer II, Computer Exploration grade 7
The goal of Computer I is to teach students all-around good computer skills and to have the students gain a comfort level in computer skills for whatever they may do in the future. Computer I is a year-long course. Some of the skills developed include word processing, spreadsheets, databases, graphics, web site creation, presentations, animation, and multimedia.
The goal of Computer II is to teach students more advanced computer skills. Students will work with 3D design and printing. Students will learn programming/coding and program robots. Students may also explore topics of their choice which may include vector graphics, 3D graphics, animation and more.
Computer Exploration Grade 7
The goal of Computer G7 is to teach students to be good digital citizens and develop good all-around computer skills. Students will practice keyboarding skills. Computer G7 is a semester long course.
Yearbook is an extra-curricular activity.
Students interested in being on the yearbook team should contact Mrs. DeBruyckere. We are especially in need of photographers for in-school photography as well as photographers for before and after school and extra-curricular activities. Motivated students are needed for positions on the team including page design, sales, editor, team leader.
